Redwan Hussien: Ethiopians don’t want a backseat driver in their electoral system (Video)
Awramba Times (Addis Ababa) – Redwan Hussien, Minister of Ethiopia’s communication Affairs office thanked Ethiopians for making stable, smooth, peaceful and successful election in their fifth round general election that took place across the nation yesterday.
“Ethiopians don’t want a backseat driver which manipulate their electoral process” minister Redwan said at a press conference in the capital Addis Ababa today “some groups and think tanks that claim to be protectors of human rights openly said that the voters don’t know whom they vote for and this is indeed an insult for Ethiopians” he added.
Prof. Merga Bekana, chairman of Ethiopia’s Election board on his part expressed his appreciation for all Ethiopian who took part on the process. “I am proud for your amazing participations to make stable, smooth, peaceful and successful election of the 2015 general election” said Prof. Merga.
