he talked far from reality. First of all, there was no federal democracy system. By the name of democracy, it was a dictatorship that a one-man was lecturing the whole parliament from A-Z subject and reshuffling all politicians whoever he wanted in the federal regions. None of the federal regions had independence except to have a corrupted politician as far as loyal to the one -man leader and when he died because of lack of democratic culture and communication among different regions politicians, the anarchism started. After Meles, there is no any political stability. for a political scientist is not difficult to learn from history that country after a dictator never has a political stability. Eprdf has better democracy before the internal split and after the split, all power went to one person. The main problem for this turmoil, not the number of party member recruiting, it was due to appointing of loyal politicians for big positions instead of their competency for the position. I’m ashamed by his analysis for not abling to dissect the real problem and also trying to prescribe the wrong medicine for the current problem. as a political analyst, it is better to widen the radius of his outlook from his surrounding. We need the politician with the wider outlook than a worshiper of an individual. Mengistu was also worshiped and dictator then when he ran away nobody able to stabilize the country. The analyst also wants to undermine mal-governance and embezzlement that the people cannot stand it. I prefer the current prime minister
even if he is not strong and not being at the right time, but he is listening others and advocate nationalism better

I really appreciate Dawit what you are doing. I believe you are concerned as I about the future of Ethiopia. I am not a politician. In a sense I do not care about the program and principle of any Ethiopian political party. But I really care about Ethiopia and Ethiopians. And I do know Ethiopian political parties political knowledge is not impressive, to put it politely. I have not heard the whole thing the person you interviewrd had said. My Android seemed to quit on me. But what I already heard convinced me there are more Ethiopians who are well informed about Ethiopia who live in Ethiopia than those who live elsewhere. He is right EPDRF became more authoritian than before after the 1997 election. In order to appear a party that is loved by Ethiopians as a whole, EPDRF chose to make a member any Ethiopian who is breathing. That is a strategy only a party that does not have confidence in its own politics follow. But as your guest correctly pointed out, the party becomes a means to greedy Ethiopians who want to enrich themselves while echoing the accepted slogans at the top of their lungs. In other words after 1997 E PDRF has become the incubator of opportunists. How deeply I agree with your guest undrrstaing of Ethiopian politics! By the way I believe it is time for old politicians to retire. I bet every penny I have the person you have interviewed knows more about the current Ethiopian politics than the TPLF founder Sebehat Nega. Their politics is not impressive to begin with. With the current world politics in which the world is shrinking , their politics seem — guys help me with the right adjective here.

So typical of Tigrian narrow nationalists, this guy seems to suffer from inferiority complex…Even if one has has to agree with his fallacy of political ideal (multiple federal working languages and so on) his analysis about the current predicament lacks honesty about the ….Never in history a minority ethnic group has so openly dominated the enire economic and political aspect of a country…even when it was thought the numerically considerable tribe Amhara ruled the country nothing of this scale where every valuebale business is owned by Tigress has never happened…in fact the biggest mistake the Amharas did was they failed the whole country including theselves….Tigress seem on looting spree…dangerous!
