    Good article, thank you.
Interesting to see a church that has no affiliation with neither synods being listed as an affiliated Church. I guess your definition for affiliation with Synod can be mentioning the names of the heads of the synod etc., regardless of the motive or the “ostentatious” reason for using the father’s name (as you put it, the demarcation between politics and religion may not be easily discernable, how about religion and business/need for collecting operating fund from Church goers?) qualifies those churches whose bylaw clearly defines as having no affiliation with neither synod to meet the criteria for affiliation and be added to your list, interesting.

Thank you this was very informative. However you don’t have Mekane Selam Medhanealem Cathedral in Oakland, California listed. This is where Abune Melketsedek the Secretary of the Holy Synod in exile reside. I don’t see it on your list unless I missed it.

That is the very first time I frequented your web page and up to

A beautiful analysis on grand stupidity. A church with flimsy cohesion and evil intentions. A schism that is based only on power; evidenced by the inability or unwillingness to take a firm stand on mass murdering dictators. (Its true the inexile-synod is making noises behind the curtain, but cant disprove my point because they didnt shout when they would have been heard and could have made a difference.) Simply a bunch of whimpering wind-bags.
    Brilliant piece. keep writing
