Ethiopian Parliament to waive the immunity of Junedin Sado
Awramba Times (Addis Ababa) – The Ethiopian parliament will waive the immunity of former civil service minister, Junedin Sado.
Ethiopian authorities have charged Junedin Sado’s wife, Habiba Mohamed, with terrorism for using money from the Saudi Arabian Embassy to pay for Islamic protests against the government. According to sources close to EPRDF, Junedin Sado will be arrested with the same count after the decision made by the parliament.
