Good job EPRDF and particularly PM Hailmariam Desalegn. I believe There are a lot of Achilles in all levels of EPRDF officials and definately they need to be explored sufficently.

Dawit, you have become the first media in breaking news. you are taking us by surprise. I woke up and checked you are the first to report this breaking news. Welldone Dawit, encourage to go deeper and use the public to even expose corruption at any level. But people must removed through legal procedures than by random action so that we know people are not removed by vendetta.

Is this news??? Dawit you were too slow to report the displacement of Amhara and Benishangul people from their land by your favorite party and now very quick to tell us this? What is the significance of this news? Is it because u were the first to report it? “Gulcha bilewawet wot ayatafetem ale wolita” hmmmm

The topic of your article needs modification. The appropriate topic would have been ” the injustice minister is given a much needed relief from the insanity he had been entrusted upon him”. Now the dictators can claim each and every miscarriage of justice they imposed on many Ethiopians on this tail wagging psycho pant who has been nothing other than a smoke screen for their misdeeds.

Are you saying that the news of the firing of a justice minister is not significant news? Amazing contention! 🙂

Are you saying that the fired Justice Minister is “Naftagna”?

It could be a sign of big things to come but in my view the portfolio needs to be scrapped altogether because it was wrong to have a member of the executive appointed by the Prime Minister oversee the country’s Judiciary. It could be a wise idea to have someone like a Chief Justice appointed by and answerable to Parliament head the Judiciary. This makes the Prime Minster unable to remove him /her out of office if his demands are not met and also insures that the three branches of the government remain independent of each other. As far as the distribution of cabinet portfolios are concerned, it is within the exclusive Authority of the Prime Minister to determine who gets what, and unfortunately, allegiance to the appointing authority, the Prime Minster in this case, and not merit is a key factor in making the decision. Parliament, as rubber stamp and incompetent as it is, has a moral and historical duty to appoint someone who is competent and determined to clean up the Judiciary and other areas of the regime tainted by gross corruption, patronage, incompetence, complicity to ethnic cleansing and other untold crimes against humanity that have become a defining traits of this regime.

All of the sudden now EPRDF has become synonimus to good governance. !!! What a dirty and pathetic joke !!!. We all know what is and how ugly is the nature of TPLF, so we do not want to be geverned by woyane anymore and any longer. በቃ

Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me!!!

No matter how many top corrupt officials woyanes/TPLF fire or how many new and hungry cadres they hire, the Ethiopian people are no more to be fooled any more.

I wish they leave the judgement to the Ethiopian people to figure out who is corrupt and face justice.

My fellow readers, it is all diversion from our burning issues in hand. When the going gets tough, that is what woyanes/TPLF were/are doing. Talk about corruption. Talk a little bit of justice. Talk about prosperity, blah, blah, blah.

“Abatu dagna liju kemagna”. That is what it is. How does this work and make sense?

It is a given that no change will come from woyanes/TPLF. A woyane or woyane agent fired is a woyane or woyane agent hired. The change we are fighting for should come from the people by the people for the people.

This kind of action can’t bring any change. We have a past experience how Weyane is playing an acrobat. When Tamirat Lyne was opposing Meles about the double citizen ship of Eritreans awarded by Meles, he sent him to prison in reason of corruption. When Seye Abraha raises questions the unfinished war of badme with Eritrea and the issue of Assab port, in the name of corruption Seye was sent to prison. In reality if Meles and the current Weyane authorities were worried about corruption why not it starts from themselves. Their military generals are multimillionaires by renting high rocketed buildings. Sebhat Nega, Azeb Gola, are head of the Weyane EFFORT company. Nothing is known where the multimillion money is going. There are some authorities who owns businesses and building who are being government salaried employees.. and so on. Unless the total system means Weyane is removed and replaced by democratic people’s government change is impossible.
