Egypt already made sure it will create a mess and will not stop creating mess in Ethiopia. Sadly our idiot EPRDFites are singing about win-win.

Here we go the game started.

The big meeting in Egypt was to use the ethiopian ethinics politics and here we go we are the one who play it big one.

When are we going start to think a bit a head of the game. They want us to talk about oromo, tigre, amhara instead of Egypt vs Ethiopia. and it looks like it works.

So many morons of both side of poleticians are focusing putting party and power before the country interest.

Shame on you. With our difference we stand together for the bright future of ethiopia for the sake of our next generation

This is a product of schizophrenic mandate of Ethiopian Diaspora politics. I am happy to see that they have reached to such level of climax absurdity of ant-Ethiopian sentiment.
This doesn’t come as a surprise, We have said enough on it. We knew very well, Ethiopian doesn’t matter for the toxic Diasporas. It is true, They are not Ethiopians and never were.
Esat, the propaganda machine, I would say congratulation to ESAT journalists , you are reaping the fruit of your work.

I am very eager to listen How ESAT is gonna report this news. Hold on I can guess, ” One patriotic Ethiopian in Egypt burn the Ethiopian flag in front of Ethiopian embassy and many of his collages are planning cities of Europe and USA”…And Some annalists are saying Woyane days are numbered”

By the way anybody heard Sunday’s ESAT ” yehudewoge” ..It was so funny ESAT studio was in Sisay Agena house. While their disscusion was going on with Dergie, Gizaw and sisay, I think he was sisay Agenas’s younger son named Nebiyu was disturbing. Suddenly Sisay was yelling his son and warn him to stop disturbing. All of his friends was shocked by sisay Agena’s reaction….
I was so surprised how this was made to air without editing. MAY BE WOYANE IS GETTING ITS HAND ON ESAT.
…ESAT was betraying its supporters that it had three studios, Washigton, London and Amsterdam but I didn’t realize that sisay Agena and Tamagne Beyene’s kichene were considered as studios…

  3. Refugee says:

    Dear Dawit,

How come you give such topic for completely different content? It looks your gun is shifted from ESAT to poor oromo refugees. I have now witnessed your self claimed independent journalism. There is no difference between you and Radio Fana. I trust these refugee case than your case to get asylum in USA.

It is very sad to see sth which is actually a very inhuman treatment on our brother as a political issue.

If you have a brain just see, this is the kind of habesha elite propaganda that drove the oromos away from associating themselves from Ethiopia.

How come u give such anti ethnic title to such a heart touching story, a story about how not only the oromos but thousands of other ethnic ethiopia life is endangered by the TPLF and egyptian empty warmongering drum. shame on whomever wrote this.

If you have a brain let me tell u sth in the article he was accused of burning the ethiopian flag by TPLF when he was in ethiopia way before the nile tension was even an issue, there is no mention of him burning the flag in egypt. I don’t know whether u understand english or not but just take a time and read it again u will be ashamed of urself.

  5. Mamo says:

    Dawit,

I thought you are a refugee too, once up on a time. Oh, I forgot: how is your asylum case going? My colleague is telling me that it is not yet over… good luck and keep on the honest work.

  6. Mamo says:

… and I learned your case was entirely true and accurate … “the pot calling the kettle black” or just hypocrite

  7. Mario says:

No matter what we need to stand together agains Egypt’s politicians & their Ethiopian stooges in unison!

It is sad that we are born in a time where individual politicians are doing everything to destroy Ethiopia !nevertheless, Ethiopia always prevails!

    God bless Ethiopia !
Death to Ethiopia’s enemies, including Berhanu Nega & stooges in a sheep skin!

Three Egyptian projects worth $50 million will be launched in Ethiopia’s first industrial zone over the next month in an attempt to strengthen Egyptian-Ethiopian ties, according to the head of the Badr Investors Association.

Alaa Alsokti highlighted the “role the economy plays in strengthening relations between the two countries,” and urged the government to give Egyptian businessmen and companies the opportunity to play a political role in calming growing tension with Ethiopia.

The plants, owned by Egyptian investors and companies, specialise in electrical transformers, office furniture and medical equipment.

Rising population, pollution and environmental degradation have caused increasing water scarcity for Egypt. The country is facing an annual water deficit of around 7bn cubic metres, with the United Nations already warning that Egypt could run out of water by 2025. Alsokti stressed that many Ethiopians are keen that the dam not worsen Egypt’s water situation.

“There has been a significant boost in ties between us and the Nile-based countries in the past two years,” President Mohamed Morsi told the Conference on Egypt’s Rights to Nile Water this month, adding that there has been a 50% increase in trade, with Egyptian investments in Ethiopia now amounting to $2bn.

According to a statement by the Ethiopian government: “The Nile basin has been tying the two countries and their peoples together for millennia.” It noted that while the river could represent a source of cooperation for the two countries, this has not always been the case, calling the issue of Nile water a “sticking point in the relationship, a major stumbling block to any sort of robust bilateral link that might have enhanced the interests of both countries.”

According to the statement, successive Egyptian governments have sought to ensure their continued control of the Nile water, and because of this, it has not been possible to establish a strategy for the river based on mutual agreement, adding that upper riparian countries, including Ethiopia, for a long time suffered from a lack of sufficient resources to develop their legitimate claims to usage of the Nile water.

“The policies pursued by Egypt on this didn’t help the confidence of the upper riparian countries towards this issue. There is a strong conviction in Ethiopia, which has been well-founded, that efforts have been made to prevent Ethiopia from accessing support for the purpose of obtaining the necessary financial support for hydro-electric projects, even where these projects would pose no harm whatsoever to Egypt.”

According the Egyptian Embassy in Ethiopia, the Ethiopian government offers Egyptian investors exemption from import duties on construction materials needed to create new projects or to expand and develop existing projects. Capital goods may be imported without payment of customs duties and other taxes.

The government also allows giving out loans to investors by Ethiopian banks and provides all appropriate land investment and infrastructure services such as electricity, water and telecommunications, provided that the investor meets the conditions and requirements of national investment.

Guys please don’t get mistaken, for centures a lot of forces are tried to destroy Ethiopia. The last volumenous effort made by EPLF & TPLF by putting all enemies of Ethiopia put together failed. The part the so called Eriteria now protracted from Ethiopia has becoame a hail for them, lot of TPLF/EPLF melted in Badem alone at the early stage of z 1999 war. Then resecued by Ethiopian and they saved them from complete melt-out. Now TPLF and EPLF are slowly melting away and Ethiopian will keep on existing until z end. When I look at What G7 and others do is just try to speed up TPLF/EPLF melt away.

  10. gelam says:

During the live discussion by the Egyptian politicians, one of them mentioned ” The Oromo people are about 35 % of the Ethiopian population and we should use them”.

As to me the Egyptian gov’t is using them either directly or indirectly. But I am afraid our Oromo brothers/sisters know they are being used!

Egyptian favours neither Oromo, nor Amhara nor Tigray nor Eritrea ….. Egypt always dreams of weaker Ethiopia using ‘all possible options’. PERIOD.

I told you so many times already. These so-called liberation fronts or movements are not really national liberators but rather hate groups which are headed by and staffed with sheer bigots. They have this deep-seated hatred for other ethnic groups. They still believe (fantasize) that those Amhara landlords are still colonizing them. They hate the Afars so much because they are collaborators of the Amhara colonizes. They hate people from Tigray just because they don’t like them. The abhor Somalis just because they think they work hand in hand with the Amhara landlords. They hate everyone including their own shadows. These are modern day ‘White Citizens Councils’ raised on a huge pond of hatred. I have begged this and other websites no to call these miscreants and bigots Oromos. They are a disgrace to my dignified Oromo people and heritage. Out of my sight!!!!
